Refund policy

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return sunglasses in their original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange. Email erick@isoncouture.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label.

Warranty: Every frame is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your frames arrive damaged or develop a defect, contact us and we will repair or replace them at no cost.

Final-sale items are marked as such and are returnable only if defective.
